FroDo Baking Company was established in January 2021 as a new stand-alone company after decades of continuous operations under a well-known industry leader in B2B bakery ingredients. The team is led by a West Point graduate, former Army officer and consumer packaged goods veteran, along with a highly credentialed leadership team that boasts extensive consumer goods and bakery knowledge.

With a 100,000 square foot facility and capacity for rapid expansion, FroDo specializes in high-quality frozen dough for professional bakery applications. Our team and operations are streamlined to move at the speed of retail, enabled by:
